We are seeking a talented and creative **3D Blender Animator** to join our dynamic team. As a 3D Animator, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D animations for our projects, including games, films, commercials, or digital content. You will work closely with the design, development, and art teams to bring characters, objects, and environments to life using Blender, ensuring that all animations are visually compelling and aligned with the overall vision of the project.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality 3D animations for characters, objects, and environments using Blender.
- Collaborate with the creative and development teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop animatics and prototypes to establish the visual style and timing of animations.
- Create realistic and stylized animations that match the artistic direction of the project.
- Ensure all animations are delivered on time and meet production standards.
- Assist with rigging, skinning, and character setup in Blender as needed.
- Troubleshoot and solve animation issues during production.
- Maintain and optimize animation assets for efficiency and performance.
- Participate in feedback sessions and revise animations based on direction and feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with animation trends and techniques to continually improve skills and output.

Generally, we don't have any formal requirement, as we know how struggling it is for students to land their first job, however, it would be preferred, that you posess the following criterias:

- Proven experience as a 3D Animator with a strong portfolio showcasing Blender animation work.
- Proficiency in Blender and familiarity with its animation tools (keyframe animation, rigging, physics simulations, etc.).
- Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, weight, spacing, anticipation, etc.).
- Knowledge of character rigging and skinning in Blender.
- Experience with modeling, texturing, and shading in Blender is a plus.
- Familiarity with rendering workflows, including Cycles and Eevee, and optimizing animation assets for rendering.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot animation issues.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for movement, expression, and storytelling.
