Two Lacoste items are sold every second in the world. We provide to our customers a complete range of products: apparel, footwear, leather goods, underwear, fragrances, eyewear and watches, all of them being developed with a unique “savoir faire”, in the most qualitative, responsible and ethical way.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Providing outstanding customer service and promoting the Lacoste brand to the highest standard, creating brand loyalty through acting as a key support for the business to promote the brand position and achieve the brand vision - to become a unique premium & sport-inspired brand, improving profitability and desirability.
- Greet customers warmly and provide them with personalised assistance to ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers.
- Understand customers' needs and preferences and offer appropriate product recommendations.
- Provide information about product features, pricing, and availability.
- Assist customers in trying on or selecting merchandise.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with other sales associates and store management.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking merchandise shipments.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly and approachable demeanour with a customer-centric attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per the store's schedule.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift/move moderately heavy items.
