HR Administrator/hr Assistant Manager

Our client is a Japanese company that focuses on importing and exporting company. Currently, they are looking for a HR Administrator/HR Assistant Manager.
- 【What you will be working on】- Manage and verify staff payroll, claims
- Manage local & expatriate income tax filing and other related payments
- Liaison with the government on mandatory surveys & reporting
- Facilitate expatriates on-boarding and off-boarding process
- Advisory support to expatriates and local employees on their queries and grievances
- Manage new expatriate’s orientation program
- Handle all personnel-related surveys/statistics for various government bodies
- Assist in managing the annual performance appraisal process
- Manage Dept's personnel cost, monthly, quarterly and yearly as well as budgeting
- Maintaining HRMS including Performance Appraisal exercise and claims records
- Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time
**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:
- 【 What they are looking for 】- Degree in HR or its equivalent with 3 years of HR experience.
- Fluent in English and Japanese (JLPT N1) Listening/Writing/Speaking is essential for making reports and liaising with HQ and local Japanese staff.
- Experience in payroll function and income tax matters is a MUST.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLookup etc.)
- Working experience in 100+ companies as an HR is a big advantage.
- Good understanding of the Employment Act and HR practices.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and has good initiative and time management skills.
- Resourceful and possess good critical thinking and problem-solving skills**English Level**:
