**What you'll be doing**
- Maintain a robust pipeline of talented individuals to match with client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Utilise cutting-edge recruitment tools and techniques to identify the best talent in the market.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly recruitment targets.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the recruitment team through knowledge sharing and mentoring.

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role.
- CEI Qualification is **required** for this role
- Familiarity with the latest recruitment trends, technologies and best practices.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- A proactive, results-driven attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Passion for the recruitment industry and a desire to contribute to the success of the team.
