Singapore QUANTUM AUTOMATION PTE LTD Full time

Responsible for the preparation, review, and execution of BMS/ELV project deliverables, including control drawings, system architecture, and point schedules.
- Conduct system design review, engineering coordination, and integration planning for ACMV and other subsystems (e.g., Modbus, BACnet, LonWorks).
- Perform software configuration, control logic programming, and graphics development for SCADA/HMI systems (PcVue or equivalent).
- Manage testing and commissioning activities for field equipment and ensure full functionality through the BMS network.
- Provide technical support to site teams, subcontractors, and clients in resolving equipment or control issues.
- Assist in tendering and estimation works — analyze specifications, drawings, and BOQs; prepare technical and commercial submissions.
- Liaise with suppliers and consultants on material submissions, technical clarifications, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, Green Mark, and QA/QC requirements.
- Support project handover and post-handover technical maintenance activities.
- All other ad hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in BMS/IBMS system design, testing & commissioning, and maintenance
- Familiar with protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, Qbus, and SCADA platforms (e.g., PcVue, Paltool).
- Skilled in technical troubleshooting, control logic programming, system integration, and tender evaluation.
- Certification in ABB Building Automation, Schneider Design & Estimation and WSH Supervision preferred.
- Strong communication skills, capable of preparing technical documentation independently.
- Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong teamwork and client coordination abilities.
