**About the Team**:
The Global Monetization Integrity team is responsible for ensuring that all monetized content on TikTok is safe, ethical and high quality through creation of innovative, scalable solutions designed to ensure TikTok users and businesses are protected.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Own global strategies for risk control across policy, process, and platform risks, including identifying and managing project risks and issues, including preparing and implementing risk mitigation and issue resolution strategies.
2. Collaborate with local and global operations teams, consisting of internal and external personnel, to ensure project success, including communicating regularly with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress, risks, and issues.
3. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure that change requests are appropriately initiated, reviewed, and approved
4. Build and implement processes and structures to increase efficiency and scalability of risk controls in the political and regulatory space.
**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required in public policy, business administration, political science, or other related field
2. 2+ years in digital advertising, risk prevention and identification, or analysis. Previous experience in management consulting, policymaking, or operations preferred
3. Experience in developing project plans, roadmaps, and ability to lead and manage internal and external project teams.
4. Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to policy development and implementation
5. Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate, foster relationships and work cross-functionally, especially with diverse global teams in numerous time zones
6. Ability to identify and solve complex problems
7. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
