We’re looking for a **Business Development Manager** who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves the challenge of building something new. If you’re a strategic thinker with a hunter’s mindset and a passion for driving results, we want to meet you.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Drive new business growth**: Identify, engage, and close deals with new partners and clients across targeted markets.
- **Build and manage your pipeline**: Develop and execute strategies to consistently grow your sales funnel.
- **Act as a brand ambassador**: Represent Unlimit at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities, showcasing our value proposition with confidence.
- **Collaborate cross-functionally**: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure a deep understanding of our offerings and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- **Support strategic initiatives**: Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s commercial growth strategy.

**Who You Are**:

- **Industry Expert**: You bring deep experience in the payments or fintech industry, with a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- **2+ years** of experience in the **payments industry**
- **6+ years** of overall experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
- Proven success in building pipelines and closing high-value deals
- Strong relationship management and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing, and global environment
- Fluency in English & Mandarin
