
Spare Parts Warranty Support Coordinator

**About the Role**
This position will manage and support the supply of spare parts required for after sales service warranty based on guidelines from Consumer Audio SBU, Asia-Pacific. The incumbent will also be the key support to call center to manage and resolve any warranty claims issues.
**Your Team**
In this role, you will report directly to the Operations Director, Consumer Audio, Asia-Pacific.
**What You Will Do**
**SPARE PARTS**
- Manage General Order Management which includes order entry, backlog management, coordinating of material shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate invoicing of parts shipments based on sales orders.
- Interact with regional distributors and address spare parts inquiries, which includes providing quotations, verifying stock availability and handling shipment-related matters.
- Collaborate with Global Spare Parts team to ensure spare parts order fulfillment, maintain spare parts quality, resolving MOQ issues and address distributors' feedback.
- Liaise with Regional spare parts teams in both USA and EMEA to facilitate intercompany purchase order placement.
- Liaise with warehouse's outbound team to coordinate outbound shipment arrangements.
- Liaise with freight forwarders to ensure competitive pricing and arrangements.
**WARRANTY**
- Handle in-warranty/out-warranty exchange requests.
- Generate credit notes for distributors after approval of RMA warranty claims.
- Collaborate with Distributors' Service Centers, Regional Service teams, QSL (Australia), SEMAS (Korea), and Foundever (Manila Call Center) to resolve warranty issues.
- Coordinate closely with the Global Technical Support and Quality Team to address warranty matters.
**CUSTOMER SERVICE**
- Maintain the APAC customer service flow for uploading into Salesforce.
- Support the Customer Service Manager in preparing slides and handling project-related tasks.
**What You Need**
- Diploma & above in related Business study.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in spare parts and customer service management or related field.
**What is Nice to Have**
- Prior experience in Consumer Electronics or FMCG industries.
- Talent and aptitude to analyse and solve problems independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
