**Chief Executive Officer**

The CEO will be responsible for leading the company's strategic direction, growth, and profitability. You will work closely with the Board of Directors and senior management team to develop and execute business plans, oversee operations, and build a high-performing team. Additionally, you will be the face of the company, representing us to customers, investors, and other stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a strategic plan that aligns with the company's mission and vision
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expansion into new markets
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring high levels of efficiency and customer service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and investors
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability
- Monitor financial performance, making strategic adjustments as needed to achieve growth and profitability targets
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and other public forums
- Continuously monitor market trends and industry developments, adapting the company's strategy as needed to stay ahead of the competition

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin), in order to communicate with various stakeholders in headquarters
- 8+ years related working experience
- Develop and implement a strategic plan that aligns with the company's mission and vision
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expansion into new markets
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring high levels of efficiency and customer service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and investors

- Monitor financial performance, making strategic adjustments as needed to achieve growth and profitability targets
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and other public forums
- Continuously monitor market trends and industry developments, adapting the company's strategy as needed to stay ahead of the competition
- Must have experience as a PM dealing with issues relating to FinTech and payments matters
- Team player as well as able to handle projects independently
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proactive approach and ability to handle matters independently
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills
- Preferred but not mandatory: Technical background (Computer Science or EE), passion for and/or experience in cross-border payment or payment infrastructure
