**Responsibilities**:

- Review Tender documents and drawings.
- Develop construction methodology, sequence and programme.
- Liaise with Consultants, Sub-contractors and Suppliers.
- Prepare Tender Submittals.
- Prepare all documentation including method statements and other submissions.
- Attend client / project meeting & negotiation.
- Cost estimation & Preparation and submission of variation to the client.
- Prepare and develop the design and technical specifications of projects.
- Prepare tender documents for bidding and submissions to authorities (Risk assessments, Method statements etc.)
- Assist the Project Manager in working on the Bill of Quantities (BQ) required for the main contract.
- Liaise with the Consultants on the submission related to structural works and Technical Department.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, recognised by PEB
- Min 10 years experience in Construction
- Familiar with BS/SS standards or specifications for civil engineering and concrete.
- Proficiency in Micro Station, AutoCAD, 3D PDF, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of other related software, such as REVIT, BIM, etc., is a plus.
- Experience in the LTA-MRT project is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
- Good interpersonal communication skills, innovative and result oriented.
- Able to start to work immediately or within a short notice period.
