Singapore CAREER TREND PTE. LTD. Full time

**FINANCE**

1) Overseeing the operation of Finance

2) Ensure timely monthly financial report and periodic GST submission

3) Liaise with Corp Sec and ensuring timely declaration/ submission of annual

statutory financial statement

4) Handling annual corporate tax returns and other tax requirements

5) Prepare financial reports, analyzing financial performance and key variances

commentary for monthly Management meeting

6) Handle corporate secretarial matters (Resolutions, minutes, AGM, agenda,

notice, disclosure of interest)

7) Timely submission for quarterly / annual business statistic surveys to Statistics

Singapore, URA, MOM, etc

8) Prepare statutory annual Entity Tax Residency and Controlling Person Self

Certification

9) Liaise with external parties to ensure compliance with regulatory

requirements are adhered (IRAS, Auditors, tax agents, bankers, corporate

secretariat and other statutory bodies)

10) Review tenants aging analysis report, ensuring timely collections. Follow up

with lawyer on arrears

11) Provide financial guidance to Finance Executives, advice to management /

HOD to support business operations

12) Work closely with Head of Finance for Ngee Ann Development Pte Ltd /

Ngee Ann Group ensuring timely submission of annual report for

consolidation

13) Ensure that expenditures are properly approved and spent within cash

forecasted

14) Ensure that no double payments and revenue are billed according to

contracts signed

15) Prepare relevant schedules for financial report for audit/ tax purpose and

attend to auditor’s queries

16) Vet monthly payroll summary, arrange for salary payments via bank/

manually and issue monthly pay slips

17) Vet payment for suppliers’ and tax invoices / statement of accounts to tenants,

subsidiary proprietors, etc

18) Ensure there are adequate internal controls and to recommend / implement

changes where necessary

19) Monitor and ensure excess funds are placed on fixed deposits

20) Assist in the preparation of annual budgets

**HUMAN RESOURCE**

1) Ensure timely & accurate monthly payroll processing and submission of

CPF and statutory contribution.

2) Review and ensure timely e-filing for IR8A, IR21 and government paid

childcare & maternity leave.

3) Preparing yearly performance bonus/increment reports for management

review

4) Manage employee personal profile and leave record

5) Handle employee benefit schemes (i.e staff bonding event, insurance claim)

6) Ensure compliance to payroll, legislative and company policy

7) Work closely with Ngee Ann Group for HR matters (HR & employee policy)

**ADMINISTRATION**

1) Manage general office administration

2) Liaise with IT vendor on set up / maintenance and technical support

3) Review and ensure tenancy leases documentation are properly executed

4) Assisting the General Manager on group and general insurance renewal related

to building and staff.

5) To carry out any other duties that may be assigned to you by the General

Manager and Management from time to time.
