**Job brief**

We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

**Responsibilities**
- Present, promote and sell ACH’s house products and services to existing and prospective customers
- Promote and sell exclusive, high-potential and highly-marketed products to large corporations
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through own initiative and explore potential markets
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep on top of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback

**Requirements and skills**
- Either 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Representative in the hardware/construction industry or any related field, or 3 years of experience in General Sales or a related role.
- Certificate/Diploma/ ITE Nitec/Higher Nitec graduates in Business or any related field.
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Open minded, willing to work in a fast paced environment
- Positive working attitude, one who possesses strong initiative and is ambitious
- Able to converse in English at the minimum. Possessing the ability to speak Mandarin/Tamil/any secondary language will be advantageous.
- Must possess a Class 3 license. Having your own vehicle will be advantageous.
