Singapore MODEC OFFSHORE PRODUCTION SYSTEMS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. Full time

Responsible for all the material control of the FPSO through materials embarkation/disembarkation verification as well as offshore stores management always complying with the Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements and management guidelines regarding objectives and performance.

Organize and coordinate all materials with quality and effectively. Manage the quality of the material at the entrance and exit of the Warehouse and organize them in the store.

Keep Record of Manifests of the total cargo hoisted on board or dropped in the unit. Strictly manage the minimum and maximum levels of all spare parts and materials to maintain effective control and high standards of quality, prepare IHRs as required.

Strictly maintain the SAP system to reflect accurately the levels of stock and descriptions follow up of all

Purchase Orders that have been issued and not delivered within the specified time frames.

Examine the manifests of spare parts coming on board and update the records of MROB and SAP to reflect exactly what was received. Compare all material received with the descriptions and specifications of the P / O before accepting them.

Expedite all urgent or expensive backloads and bring to the immediate notice of the OIM any noncompliance to be inserted into daily RDO.

Responsible for ensuring a comprehensive hand over is given to maintenance superintendent at shift or crew change with all pertinent information.

Help in reception of the helicopter when necessary. Participate in safety meetings as needed and participate in investigations of accidents and incidents.

Support administrative services in lease with onshore team according to OIM requirement.

Ensure that all maintenance personnel: Are familiar with MODEC HS&E policies; Understand their emergency response duties and that Modec Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Policy is clearly understood as well as the HSEQ MS Roles and Responsibilities.

Demonstrate ownership of own training requirements and proactively arrange training to be done/renewed in time as per MODEC Integrated Management System.

HSSE: Act in compliance with the corporate HSSEQ Management System Policy, the MODEC Life Saving Rules, and the policies, guides, process standards and work instructions available in the Integrated Management System (IMS).

Act to promote the preservation of the environment, the health and occupational safety (personnel and their team), the safety of processes, and the preservation of assets in their scale of responsibility.

Emergency Plan: As per indication on the Training Matrix, Emergency Management Guide and Offshore

Emergency Management, available in the Integrated Management System (IMS).

High School Degree - Mandatory. Technical School Degree - Expected.

at least 3-5 years of Offshore experiences.

Technical certificates.

Languages:
Fluent English - Mandatory. French - additional advantage as dealing with french speaking stakeholders.
