**ABOUT US**

**Bright Point Capital Pte Ltd **is a fund management company regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). We are currently seeking talents to assist in managing one of our funds, **Theme International VCC - Theme International Trading **.

Theme International Trading's investment objective is to make liquid investments targeting high risk-adjusted returns. The fund uses quantitative trading models to capture arbitrage opportunities and improve market efficiency by providing liquidity and price discovery on the derivative markets.

We would like to expand our trading team and have motivated individuals with strong integrity to join us.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**:

- A permanent position will be offered upon satisfactory performance after the training period. He/she will work closely with the core members of our team to learn the concepts of trading.
- Upon completion of the training period, the trainee might be given his/her own book to manage or share a book with our core traders.

**WHAT TO EXPECT**:

- Having a good mentorship from experienced traders which make learning an efficient and effective process
- Flat hierarchy structure as the firm encourages open communication within members of the team

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Fresh university graduates that have less than 1 year of working experience welcomed. No prior trading experience required
- Able to handle stress in a hectic work environment
- Able to maintain good concentration and stay calm fast-paced and noisy trading environment
- Preferably have adequate life experience in situations involving risk-reward game theory scenarios
- A team player - willing to work together to generate and share trading ideas with team members
- Possess these characteristics: hungry, hardworking and humble
- Experience in competitive gaming would be a plus point
- VBA / Programming skills would be a plus point
