**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Responsibilities**
- Handle full spectrum of HR duties; employee lifecycle (including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding), compensation and benefits (payroll processing, income tax, increment, and promotions), training and development, and employee engagement.
- Regularly update and ensure accurate maintenance of employee database, P-files and all HR related information.
- Process CPF, IR8A, IR21, NSman make-up pay claim, government-paid leave schemes, government grants and submissions such as MOM surveys, wage surveys, etc **(Not compulsory, but knowledge will be a plus)**:
- Support the management in overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of the work environment
- Manage all work passes and business visas matters.
- Manage office administration (including but not limited to procurement of office and pantry supplies, office maintenance, etc)
- Plan, coordinate and organize, which are inclusive but not limited to meetings, events, etc
- Work closely with finance/ billing team.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Managers and Directors.
**Requirements**:
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Computer literacy skills
- An eye for detail
- Knowledge of Singapore Labour Law and HR best practices.
- **Knowledge of Info-Tech & Million Payroll System is an advantage**:
- Good team player and able to work under pressure.
