Our client, a financial institution from Japan is looking for a Corporate & Structured Finance - Associate (Japanese Speaking who will be dealing with potential and existing clients and partners from various industries. Staff within the company will have a high responsibility and will be expected to work independently.
- 【What will you be working on】- Developing and maintaining client relationships and business networks to source potential deals.
- Negotiating and structuring new financing terms and managing renewal opportunities.
- Preparing presentation materials for potential/existing clients, meeting memorandum and other internal supporting documents with necessary research and analysis.
- Preparing confidentiality agreements, KYC checks, and other necessary documentation.
- Coordinating transactional workflow and timeline with both external and internal parties.
- Performing necessary research and analysis, due diligence and financial modelling to support relevant Tokyo teams to obtain credit approval.
- Perform periodic credit monitoring for existing accounts and report to relevant Tokyo teams.
- Conduct credit action (e.g., waiver/voting process) with necessary internal approval.
- Prepare internal research documents to support any new business initiatives (e.g., entry into a new industry, new client development).

- (Must)- Bachelor's Degree holder.
- Proficient in Japanese in writing/speaking/listening (JLPT N2 or higher) is essential to communicating with Japanese internal departments smoothly.
- Strong analytical skills to generate credit and performance analysis reports.

(Preferable)- Basic knowledge of corporate banking operations and market conventions, legal and regulatory requirements is preferable.**English Level**:
