**Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of the company’s IT infrastructure, including maintenance and upgrading of its POS, e-commerce, CRM, data storage, and networking systems
- Identify and act upon to opportunities improve software and systems-related processes and configuration
- Develop and implement IT policies and introduce best practice guides for the organisation
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Conduct staff training for relevant IT systems
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in information technology

**Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven track record of project management and IT systems migration in a live retail environment
- In-depth knowledge of cloud storage, POS, ERP, e-commerce, and accounting solutions
- Exceptional organisation, problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Proven team player
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English
