If you're a savvy, innovator, and detail-oriented person with relevant experience in digital marketing and seeking a full-time role in a fast paced digital agency environment, we'd probably like to talk to you. : )

Here're some of the things you'll be expected to do as part of your role:
**1. You'll be liaising with our clients/prospective clients to help them move closer to the next phase in working together with us.**

& you'll be rewarded with performance bonus accordingly.

**2. You'll be making sure our clients receive a delightful onboarding experience.**

Timely and clear communications to explain the processes, preparation and organization of documentation.

**3. You'll join the strategy lead in meetings with the clients and then communicate requirements/information to project lead.**

Capturing of key information and discussion points, communicating accordingly to the relevant parties.

**Here's what your typical day could look like** (please feel free to replace with your preferred activity/beverage/sequence) -7am: Wake up, have coffee, head to the gym or maybe to your preferred HIIT studio for a quick workout.

8.30am: Look through your list of to-do's, structure them according to your fav organizational philosophy.

9am: Status update and check in with all the relevant parties you will be liaising with, e.g. other team members (consultants, project lead, writers, etc), clients/prospective clients.

10am: Hop on a scheduled Zoom call to help our prospect move to the next phase in working together. Everyone is delighted that you're on time, organized, collected - with a positive attitude too. You end the call feeling like you can't wait to work with them too, and they feel the same about you.

11am: Jump on a kickoff meeting for a new client project with the lead consultant/ project lead. You've already reminded the client to complete the questionnaire the day before, the Zoom link works, the recording is in progress. All good, no sweat. The consultation gets increasingly intense as they dig deep into past results, upcoming plans, and available resources. You're taking notes, as well as noting down some nuances you've observed.

12pm: You review all the pending documentations required for the list of clients and prospects. Got the proposals done, invoices done, LFG

1pm: You finally grab hold of the lunch you've been waiting for and wonder if food always tastes this amazing. (It does.)

2pm: Coffee #2 as you hop on a quick call to walk a client/prospective client through the process of walking together with us. Quick check in with the team to make sure all is well and aligned.

5pm: You organize all the work you've been working on, communicate and update the next steps to all relevant parties (so they can continue to work on things while you're away because time zone differences), and you sign off.

6pm: You're 'out of office' because work-life balance matters.
