The Group reported in 2021 global revenues of €18 billion. **Practice Lead - Cloud and Custom Applications** Capgemini is looking for an engaged and highly motivated leader to direct our Cloud and Custom Application Practice. Will be responsible for growing the Cloud and Custom Apps portfolio and practice while driving our vision, assets, and market strategy in this space. Additionally, working with clients, creating processes, and building a collaborative and productive team. **Duties/Responsibilities** Envision strategy and lead business development of Cloud and Custom Application, Digital Customer Experience portfolio - Build and manage the pipeline and backlog for opportunities - Maintain relationships with key Partners, Vendors, Capgemini and Client stakeholders - Work closely with our clients during presales and delivery as well as direct team members in those cycles - Lead and manage the Cloud and Custom development digital team - Manage escalations and provide engagement management for our clients - Generate assets for internal and external consumption for promotion of the practice and Capgemini overall - Develop internal process and implementation strategies to deploy cloud and custom development solutions and related products to our clients - Engage in the recruiting process to acquire top talent in the market - Ability to travel to client sites when requested - Very good understanding of Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, Google) **Skills/Qualifications** - 8+ years business development experience involving - Thought leadership in go-to-market execution resulting in practice or business growth in a corporate environment - Demand generation and account planning with account teams - Pre-sales and bid management of strategic multi-million cross-tower deals - Software Partner relationships engagement and management - 15+ years of software experience involving: - Complex program and project management - Pre-sales, Sales management and engagement - Senior stakeholder management experience - Solution architect knowledge and experience Reporting - Solution delivery and quality governance experience - Architecture team and technical leadership experience - Understanding of modern practices and ways of working (Agile, Cloud, DevOps, etc.) - Financial KPI management e.g., utilization, revenue, cost - Team management experience - Performance management experience - Experience on the major cloud platforms [ AWS, Azure and GCP] - Consulting - The ability to coach and mentor - Communication skills - Ability to rapidly understand the client position **Let's talk about what's in it for you** Passionate people are Capgemini's Ace of Spades - join us to discover a career that will challenge, support and inspire you.
