**About the Job**:
The Supply Chain Manager should be a seasoned professional who will oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. He/She will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that will enhance efficiency and minimize cost while improving our customer service. The role will be required to work closely with internal and external stakeholders and handling contract negotiations and settlements and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role demands strong leadership, analytical prowess, and effective communication skills to drive success in a dynamic and fast-paced logistics environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, minimize costs, and improve customer service.
- Coordinate with cross functional internal teams and external stakeholders to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Handle contract preparation, cargo settlement, and post-cargo claim analysis.
- Manage cargo operations and documentation and coordination with various parties (supplier, customers, agents, surveyors).
- Safekeeping of contract documents, shipping documents and tracking compliance, dates, payments with contractual obligations.
- Act as a liaison between traders, operations, legal and other internal groups regarding contract status, the acceptability of terms and the commercial and legal implications of contract issues.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, demonstrating success in optimizing operations.
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes, procurement strategies, and supply chain optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in logistics management software and systems (e.g., TMS, WMS, ERP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
