Sourcing and procurement of suppliers and coordinating deliveries and supply arrangements
- Participating in the procurement of materials, product, and suppliers
- Ensuring supplier on-time delivery of raw materials and inventory items to support manufacturing operations and guarantee delivery of customer orders on schedule
- Prepare all necessary export documents and work with third party to ensure proper documentation are done correctly
- Handle initial request on customer complaints on logistic issue and product quality
- Prepare and process forecasts, purchase orders and make enquiries or negotiations to suppliers
- Resolves shipments in error with suppliers and freight forwarders
- Raise and follow through product rebates and promotional claims
- Schedule and advise cargo arrivals
- Monitor for timely delivery of orders
- Costing of products
- Assist with a variety of shipping (import and export documents) and receiving duties, including fulfilling customer orders, recording amounts of materials/items received, complying inventory balances and price lists, and maintaining records of all activities and processes related to the storehouse
- Plan and assist in supervise the actiivites of the purchasing department
- Any ad-hoc assignments and projects

Requirement
- Minimum “N” / “O” / “A” level or Diploma in any related field
- Minimum 1 -3 years of experience in a role that involves procurement of parts and suppliers and communicating with vendors/suppliers
- Strong planning skills to support dynamic business requirements and to meet tight reporting deadline
- Ability to develop plans to prioritise, organise and accomplish assignments on time
- Working experience and comprehensive understanding of procurement knowledge
- Preferably has ERP System Knowledge/Experiences
