Kiztopia is a successful start-up and the biggest indoor children playground in Singapore We are seeking a motivated and cheerful Junior Crew to join our team at our indoor playground. As a Junior Crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for children and their families. You will assist the day-to-day operations of the playground and maintain a clean and organized environment. This position requires a passion for working with children, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Interact with customers, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide assistance to parents and children, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is enjoyable.
- Maintain a safe environment by regularly inspecting and monitoring play areas, equipment, and facilities.
- Enforce safety rules and guidelines, intervening when necessary to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Perform planning of duty and cleaning roster including deployment of manpower.
- Provide guidance and support to part-time and junior crew members, fostering a positive and cooperative work environment.
- Train new crew members on operational procedures, safety guidelines, and customer service best practices.
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to part-time and junior crew to ensure efficient operation of the playground.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and sanitizing play equipment and surfaces.
- Restock necessary supplies and materials, ensuring availability for customers and crew members.
- Involved in daily admission and event activities and performance.
- Undertake & execute any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

**Job Requirements**
- At least 2 years’ experience in customer service or related field.
- Experienced in a supervisory role within the childcare, recreational, or entertainment industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to playgrounds and childcare facilities.
- Physical stamina and the ability to engage in physical activities, including lifting and carrying equipment or supplies.
- Able to perform shift schedules and commit during peak periods (i.e. School Holiday, Weekends, Public Holiday) with long hours of standing/walking.

**Qualifications Requirements**
- At least GCE ‘O’ Level Certificate

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per month
