**Key Responsibilities:
**Business Operations
Management and operations of investment funds in the areas of subscriptions, redemptions, NAV computations, and liaisons between key counterparties (Fund Administrator, accountant, legal, etc), investors and the firm.

Support Business Development and Investor Relations on operational matters.

Liaise with external vendors where necessary for documentation and operational purposes.

Maintain proper physical and e-filing of documentation and records.

Facilitate internal and annual external audit.

**Business Compliance
Ensure that SAM is compliant with MAS Guidelines.

Periodic review of compliance policies, Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessment (EWRA) framework, Compliance Manual, Employee Handbook, BCM, outsourcing registers, etc.

Conduct screening, KYC, background checks and facilitate Customer Due Dillgence renewal.

**Project Management
Planning, development and execution of key business frameworks, including Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG), Impact Investing, Corporate Social Responsiblity (CSR) and Sustainability.

Planning, development and execution of talent development programme, including outreach and HR development programmes.

Planning, development and execution of talent retention programme.

Any other frameworks valuable for the development and progression of the firm.

Assessment of adhoc new business and investment opportunities.

**Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of corporate experience.

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a business or science field.

Excellent integrity.

Flexible and adaptable to changes in the environment.

Strong interpersonal skills for liaisons with diverse range of counterparties.

Positive and energetic attitude.

Pro-active team player.

Conscientious and responsible.

Intellectually curious with firm work ethics.

Well organised and detail oriented.

**Compensation Package:
Base: SG$48,000 - SG$72,000

Performance Review: twice yearly.

Performance Bonus: Up to six (6) months.

Allowances: Mobile

Flexi-Package: Medical, Dental, Insurance, Wellness, etc.
