**Desired Qualities & Capabilities**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a Senior Beauty and Wellness Service Consultant role.
- Self-motivated with the ability to achieve or exceed personal sales targets.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional professional services to customers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented, friendly, and professional in approach.
- Commitment to continuous improvement of skills and knowledge.
