**Responsibilities**:
Loan Trading for APAC
- Spearhead the loan trading business for LCMA’s Loan Trading Book (“LTB”).
- Identify loan trading (buy and sell) transactions to be booked under the LTB.
- Handle the execution of loan trading deals - documentation (NDA, LMA trade confirmation, transfer certificate, pricing letter) and KYC.
- Handle the monitoring (MTM, loss guidelines, etc) and approval processes (e.g., underwriting approval) in line with internal policies and guidelines.
- Provide weekly update to internal stakeholders on the various positions in the LTB portfolio.
- Expand and continue to develop LCMA’s network of investors for potential loan trading transactions. This will be mostly with banks but will also require interface with select institutional investors.
- Maintain the loan trading database and provide market update to internal LCMA teams and management.

Secondary Deals (Outside the Scope of Loan Trading Book)
- Assist in covering secondary deals for RMs and product teams for assets that are outside the scope of the LTB.
- Handle the execution of loan trading deals - investor due diligence, documentation (NDA, LMA trade confo, transfer cert, pricing letter) and KYC

**Job Requirements**
- Business/finance related university degree;
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in banking/finance, preferably with exposure to loan syndications;
- Strong communication and writing skills;
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with diverse teams and multiple stakeholders;
- Team player ;
- Detailed orientated
