**Job Summary**
- Project Mitto’s objective is to free up capital by centralising the creation and management of software assets (intangibles). SCB Treasury can drive financial benefits with this increased capital capacity. Mitto is an 18 month project and involves setting up and operationalizing new legal entities.- The Mitto Project Manager for the Third-Party Vendor Contracts Work Stream is accountable for: driving the successful delivery of the workstream inclusive of the following deliverables:
- 1. Operationalising the Service Entity- Identify and align on contracts inventory
- Produce detailed execution plans for in-scope deliverables.
- Agree principles for in-scope with Mitto verses a later phase.
- Execute in scope
- 2. SCM Controls & Reporting- Define controls & reporting required for contracts to be updated / novated post Mitto
- Process for new contracts during gap period (completion of analysis & Mitto execution)
- Interim contract arrangements (via Solo)
- Produce detailed execution plans for in-scope deliverables.
- Ensure transition management principles are embedded and followed for any renewals post Phase 2.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure the program adheres to SCB standards, policies, and controls
- Delivery of stream inventory and schedule to be used to track delivery of People Strategy Workstream
- Establish process and tooling to track regulatory acceptance
- Embed quality and consistency by driving the delivery of standardized plans, processes and reporting
- Prepare artefacts to ensure consistency and quality
- Build a collaborative and productive work environment with Global and Country HR, Legal, Compliance and Technology
- Provide updates as required to internal and external stakeholders as per agreed cadence on time and of high quality
- Ensure all artefacts are held in a central repository
- Track deliverables and ensure escalation in a timely manner of any impediments / blockers
- Supporting Mitto Programme Manager by contributing to the identification of risks and resolution of impediments, issues, and blockers
- Active participation in Team Leadership meetings
- Engage and communicate with Group / Country MT, technology and relevant stakeholders as appropriate to ensure successful delivery of the programme.
- Acting as an ambassador for the Mitto Project
- Creating a sense of urgency and focus for deployment to drive timely execution & resolution of issues / impediments and blockers

**Skills and Experience**
- 10+ Years of experience as a PM in financial services
- Experience with working with regulators is an advantage.
- Certifications - PMP or equivalent
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Resilient personality to deal with pressure
- Capable of engaging key stakeholders and building alliances through active conversations including peer or more senior stakeholders who have no direct reporting relationships
- Assertiveness with logical reasoning
