Our client is seeking a talented Chemist to join the Quality Assurance Section and support the management of product quality and laboratory operations. Equipped with advanced equipment and comprehensive facilities, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide plant support in the production of polymer products
- Oversee shipping inspection of finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Establish and review test methods, equipment, and manuals to meet new requirements and drive continual improvement.
- Maintain laboratory facilities and equipment in optimal working condition, including troubleshooting instrument issues.
- Coordinate day-to-day laboratory operations and activities, such as scheduling testing and inventory control of laboratory supplies.
- Collaborate with internal and external parties for ISO 9001 activities, monitoring progress of ISO programmes.
- Uphold good housekeeping practices and ensure safety and environmental protection in the laboratory.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Degree in Chemical/Chemistry/Polymer Technology/Material Engineering or related discipline.
- Diploma holder can be consider for Lab Analyst positions
- Possess years of experiences in polymer processing, property testing of plastics, and material characterization can be consider for senior positions
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes and ISO management systems is essential.
- Be a team player with initiative, drive, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
