We have an opening for a suitably qualified and committed person to join our team as Bakery Instructor / Lecturer.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- a recognised Baking qualification,
- at least 5 years post graduate experience in a range of baking establishment,
- a full or partial ACTA certificate with DACE certification preferred.
- supervisory experience in the baking industry
- good communication skills and a team player attitude, and
- sound technical knowledge across all areas of baking
