**The Opportunity**:
As an **Associate Product Manager**, you’ll support product development through data analysis, feature execution, and cross-team collaboration. This role is perfect for early-career PMs who are eager to learn, proactive in seeking guidance, and passionate about solving user problems with data-driven solutions.

This role will be based in Singapore and report to the Head of Product.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Analytics & Data Support**:

- Use **SQL, Excel, and BI tools**to extract and analyze product data.
- Assist in **A/B test setup and analysis**to evaluate feature performance.
- Support **metrics investigations**, respond to data alerts, and help maintain weekly performance dashboards.

**Project Coordination**:

- Help create and maintain **clear project timelines**under supervision.
- Draft **succinct Asana tasks**to keep workflows organized.
- Proactively **flag risks**and seek guidance to unblock tasks.

**Feature Development**:

- Assist in writing **clear specs/requirements**with expected outcomes.
- Answer (or identify where to find answers to) **feature-related questions**from team members.
- Document product decisions and rationale for future reference.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to **execute small-to-medium features**.
- Participate in **feedback sessions**, openly giving and receiving constructive input.
- Learn to **prioritize tasks**based on impact and effort.

**Qualifications**:
**Must-Haves**:

- **1+ years**in product management, data analysis, or related roles (internships included).
- **Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools**(e.g., Looker, Tableau).
- Exposure to **A/B testing frameworks**and basic statistical concepts.
- Ability to **write clear documentation**(specs, user stories, meeting notes).
- **Collaborative mindset**: Willingness to ask questions, learn quickly, and adapt.
- **Basic project management skills**: Timeline creation, task tracking (Asana/Jira).

**Nice-to-Haves**:

- Familiarity with **mobile app development cycles**.
- Experience in **dating apps, social platforms, or subscription models**.
- Degree in **Business, Computer Science, HCI, or related fields**.
