**MTS Product Development Engineer**

**THE ROLE**:
**THE PERSON**:
Applicants needs to have broad experience in term of production engineering. Drive yield improvement together with cross-functional team. Ability to define and manage the DOEs is critical. Master the basic testing methodology and advanced DFT features to drive the silicon debug. Oversee silicon characterization activities and drive issue closure

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Drive yield improvement plan and debug activities.
- Present yield plans and reports to the upper managements.
- Handle daily production issues and support OSAT’s operations.
- Oversee silicon characterization execution and analysis.
- Define the product boundaries and specs based on various inputs.
- Collaborate with other teams for debug or silicon development.

**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**:

- Years of experience in semiconductor product development.
- Excel in yield engineering for both SORT and TMP.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in various analytical tools (Excel, JMP, etc).
- Mastering of the testing methodology and DFT features.
- Able to work with cross-functional teams for debug, root-cause, and implementation.
- Scripting skills such as Python or R is preferred.

**ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS**:

- BS/MS in Computer or Electrical and Electronics Engineering
