**Receptionist**
- Handle all general receptionist and administrative duties
- Answer all incoming calls professionally and take messages as required.
- Attend to visitors and guests
- In-charge of all incoming & outgoing documents/parcels/couriers & arranging courier services.
- Perform data entry
- Replenish stationery and pantry items etc

**HR Duties**:

- Update employee databases and ensure accuracy of employee information.
- Assist in gathering payroll data, including working hours, leaves, and bank accounts.
- Schedule interviews and provide support in preparing HR-related reports.
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the HR department. (eg: maintain training record)
- Prepare letters and internal announcement as and when required.
- Maintain and timely renew of group medical insurance, WICA, and Security Bond.
- Assist HR Manager in regards to office recruitment and other HR matters.
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team
- Cheerful, responsible and able to work efficiently.
- Good communication skills and Customer oriented.
- Computer literate
- Relevant working experience is an advantage.
