**Job Description**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Handle counter duties (registration of patients, scheduling appointments etc.)
- Promote recommended packages to boost revenue (achieve sales target)
- Contribute towards continuous quality improvement in the department and provide guidance to therapist
- Improve & ensure great hospitality and total customer satisfaction
- Stock taking of consumable products
- Write memo for insurance claim purposes
- Educate patients and therapists to assist in intervention programme to improve condition
- Ensure clinic comply with relevant laws, rules and regulations
- Organize staff rostering and manpower management

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to **speak and write in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers)**:

- Willing to work retail hours, weekends & public holidays
- Agile and able to deliver any requirements in a timely and efficient manner.
- Previous experience in marketing and / or operations roles/ or stakeholder management with excellent communication and networking abilities will be an advantage
- Higher education with a relevant diploma/ degree (Human resource management, Communications) or at least 1 years’ experience being in wellness/ beauty/health branch management role

**Job Details and Benefits**:

- Basic + Commission + Allowance role (Expected $3000-$6000)
- Working Hours:

- 4 - 5 days work week, 11am - 9pm ( 1 -2pm break)
- Working place: West Mall
- Immediate hiring.
