Lead the strategic development of marketing activities to develop and deliver an impactful marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to conceptualize, develop, and execute marketing plan
- build brand awareness and grow all social channels and the organizations industry presence.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns.
- Develop marketing materials and track campaign performance.
- Provide analytics, insights, and actionable improvements for marketing initiatives.
- Ensure and monitor all feedback in website and social media platforms and work with relevant department to address the feedback within three working days.
- Manage the production of all promotional and marketing collaterals, including flyers, sponsorship deck and newsletters (print and digital).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- 3 years+ of marketing related experience.
- Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to plan, manage and track brand and campaign performance.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter, hustler and able to work independently.
- Resilience, determination, strong analytical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
