We are seeking a talented Senior Director of Global Services Renewal Operations in Technology Infrastructure Services experinced in sales operations role, preferably renewal sales operations.
- Serve as an authoritative source knowledge for TIS(technology infrastructure services) Renewal Portfolio and GBS partnership, and set field expectations for the GBS(global business operations) engagement.

- market) operations, GBS and Finance.
- Partner directly with senior-level sales leadership on strategic, high-visibility and/or high-value deals to drive close process.
- Contribute to and assist in executing the larger TIS renewal strategy in alignment with NTT LTD’s corporate strategies.
- Lead the annual renewal planning process, including the establishment of the pool and the calculation of annual renewal rates.
- Develop and maintain a renewal pool management strategy to ensure ongoing visibility and key stakeholder alignment on changes throughout the year.
- Provide renewal operations support to Sales and CSM whether the renewal resources are internal or external.
- Ensure that clients renew yearly license subscription within the time frame defined in client contracts with assistance from the GBS Renewal team, Deal Consultation and the Sales leadership.
- Forecast contract renewal demand for all contract and revenue types that are managed by the team.
- Facilitate weekly forecasting with Renewals Sales Team, finance and Sr. Management.
- Lead the effort to find the right balance of renewals work done with internal vs. external resources.

Qualifications Requirements
- 10-12 years’ experience in a sales operations or sales support role, preferably renewal sales operations
- Strong story-telling and communication skills, including the ability to be influential and persuasive with stakeholders
- Leadership experience (overlay sales management experience preferred)
- Ability to work with ambiguity in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Experience managing a third-party vendor on renewal
- Expertise in client interaction and negotiations. Strong customer service skills and high level of responsiveness to both internal and external customers.
- Leadership skills, team management experience, product or business management experience, are all preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation and listening skills, and the ability to interact professionally with a broad range of staff, executives, and clients are required.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and changing environment, while taking the initiative, staying organized and motivated, and maintaining excellent follow-up, is required.
- Ability to work aggressively, be competitive, and persuasive, while exuding confidence and resilience, and maintaining integrity and credibility, is essential towards success in this position.
- Critical thinking, analytical, data manipulation, and other technical skills are required.
- Experience with analytical data manipulation and reporting is required. Experience with data analysis software and reporting packages preferred (e.g. Power BI, MS Excel)
- Bachelor's degree (BA / BS)
