**Job Description**:
As an Infant Educarer at Supergenius Preschool, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and supportive environment for our infants. You will work closely with our team to create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate atmosphere that promotes the holistic growth of each child. Your responsibilities will include:

- Provide attentive and individualized care to infants aged 2 months to 18 months.
- Create a warm and nurturing environment where infants feel safe, loved, and valued.
- Attend to the infants' physical needs, including feeding, diapering, and ensuring proper hygiene.
- Foster a responsive and stimulating environment that encourages infants' cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Engage infants in age-appropriate activities, such as sensory exploration, music, movement, and simple art projects.
- Establish and maintain open communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and well-being.
- Observe and document infants' behavior, milestones, and developmental progress.
- Ensure a clean and organized classroom environment, following health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and routines.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities as required.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the position of Infant Educarer at Supergenius Preschool, you should meet the following requirements:

- Prior experience working with infants in a childcare or preschool setting is preferred.
- A genuine love for infants and a strong understanding of their developmental needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish effective relationships with infants and parents.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to provide a nurturing and comforting presence to infants.
- Knowledge of age-appropriate care practices, including feeding, diapering, and maintaining proper hygiene.
- Basic understanding of infant development and the ability to engage infants in stimulating activities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of infants and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid Infant First Aid and CPR certification is preferred but not mandatory. ( Training will be provided)

Working Hours:
The working hours for this position are from Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. The role requires shift work, with a 44-hour work week.
