**Job summary**:
As a Strategic Data Insights & Analytics Manager, you will help lead and nurture our tight-knit, global and growing Data Research team, while also being the bridge between Research and Engineering/Data Science teams. In this role, you will be responsible for leading high-impact, AI-driven strategy/analytics projects end-to-end, including problem/issue structuring, analysis and managing stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who can quickly learn the ins-and-outs of Quilt.AI’s products, research capabilities and data sources, and thereby, be able to marry strategic and analytical toolkits to deliver data-rich insights and recommendations to clients. We require sophisticated quant/analytical acumen and the ability to critically evaluate ideas and information, select relevant data, analytical frameworks and research methodologies.

**You’re good at **
- **Not only data analysis, but also data-driven strategic thinking**:beyond using data tools and packages (particularly Python, Tableau, GDS, Excel etc.), the ability to collect, analyse and interpret qualitative and/or quantitative data is crucial.
- **Learning new technologies, particularly AI and machine learning**:the role requires you to quickly understand Quilt.AI’s products (rooted in machine learning), as well as constantly evolving data analysis processes and AI models.
- **Writing clearly and insightfully**:strong writing skills and the ability to guide the client through a story (rather than simply reporting information).
- **Communication**:presenting in a clear and engaging manner, and building strong client relationships based on trust and accountability.
- **Social media**:familiarity with leading social media platforms and hunting for information on the deepest alleys of the internet, including open source intelligence (OSINT) techniques.
- **Being a team player**:comfortable working as part of a global team and collaborating across teams.

**You’ll bring to our team **
- A degree in Economics / Information Science / Math / Statistics / Analytics
- 2-6 years of relevant client-facing work experience - for example, managerial experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Strategy/Insights at a tech company
- Prior experience handling large, complex, high-velocity data
- Advanced understanding of Python, Tableau/Google Data Studio and Excel (VBAs/Macros) is a must
- Deep knowledge of multivariate statistical techniques, including marketing mix modeling, attribution modeling, clustering, churn, customer scoring, neural networks, etc.
- Experience developing information suites (dashboards, reports, and visualizations)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and time management skills, and the flexibility to adapt quickly to change
- Assisting with the development of new analysis techniques, procedures, and products alongside Product and Data Science teams
- Successful management of projects of significant scale and complexity to challenging deadlines is essential
- A plus: Experience using AI/ML models to address key business challenges
