Café Supervisor

Welcoming and greet customers, providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Take orders, serve food, prepare beverages
- Cashiering duties and to follow up on all administrative duties
- Assist in inventory and stock takes
- Handle feedback and manage complaints from guests
- Working closely with the restaurant manager to lead staff
- Review quality of service and manage daily operations to continuously improve level of service
- Responsible for training new employees

**Requirements**:

- High responsibility and passion towards Food and Beverage
- Self-motivated and possess good communication skill
- Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic
- Be a good team leader at all times
- Always keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in related industry

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,600.00 per month
