Singapore THE SOCIAL SPACE PTE. LTD. Full time

You will assist in all aspect of retail operations, sourcing, planning and coordinating our workshops and events, as well as our marketing and business development efforts, all surrounding the theme of sustainability and eco-consciousness.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Retail operations:

- Including tracking inventory and fulfilment of online and corporate orders
- Managing our e-commerce platform, including creating and managing product listings
- Assist with customer enquiries and cashiering duties at the physical outlets
- Set up and maintain visual merchandising displays

2) Marketing:

- Assist in marketing and social media efforts to spread awareness on our own social mission, as well as the causes supporting by our amazing partners
- Helping to plan and create simple Instagram posts and reels

3) Events:

- Assist in event planning, execution and brainstorming
- Manage RSVP for guest list for events.
- On-site set up and coordination with vendors/ clients

4) Administrative:

- Assist in general operational and administrative tasks

Learning Objectives and Outcomes:
1) To be exposed to all aspects of retail and service operations
3) To learn how to develop and implement various marketing strategies
4) To gain knowledge in balancing the business and social aspect of operating a social enterprise

Duration of Internship:
5-6 months

Daily Working Hours:
9.00am - 6.00pm

Work Days:
5 Days from Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Minimum Qualification:
Tertiary students (including waiting for Universities, current Polytechnic students and graduates, University undergraduates and graduates)
