COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Our Institutional Catering Division prepares more than 44,000 meals daily and provides more than 16 million meals annually to various commercial and governmental organisations.

Our service also includes onsite kitchen management for various business sectors.

DESIGNATION : Cook - Tekong Camp

RESPONSIBILITIES

**Basic Salary: $1,400 - $1,600 + Welcome Bonus**

**Working location: Pulau Tekong Camp (East)**

**Working Days: 5 days/ week**

**Working Timing: 8am to 6pm (1 hour break) / 8pm to 8am for midnight cook (3 hours break)**

**Shift Allowance: $20/ day shift, $22/ night shift**
- Conduct pre-cooking checks on raw materials.
- Prepare raw materials for the next meal Ensure all the ingredients are in accordance with approved recipe and cooking of meals according to recipes
- Conduct sensory and evaluation
- Recording of cooked food temperatures in the 7 in 1 file Hot & Cold equipments
- Provide quality service during serving Collect food sample

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in kitchen
- On the job training provided
