**Commercial Analyst & Support Executive, Nutrition Asia Pacific**:
Our team in **Singapore** currently has an opening for a **Commercial Analyst & Support Executive, Nutrition Asia Pacific**

**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Commercial Analysis
- Analysis of business data and providing commercial support to Commercial Teams and Support Functions within the Nutrition organization
- Sales & Management Reporting - Develop and maintain Nutrition business unit reports and presentations covering its business, suppliers and customers performance
- Customer Success - CRM data analyses and excellence to help Commercial Directors visualize and optimize opportunity pipeline management
- Commercial Excellence - Familiarize with commercial excellence initiatives and levers and translate them into actionables for country business leads to execute Business
- Forecast - Consolidate weekly business forecast tracking for the management and tracking of business performance against KPIsProvide ad-hoc business analyses and providing commercial support to Commercial Teams and Support Functions within the Nutrition organization

Administrative Support
- Maintain and update Nutrition business unit Go-To-Market blueprint and Organization Charts
- Provide administrative support in areas such as maintenance of Sharepoint access & structure, internal surveys, arrangement of merchandize and samples, etc.
- Provide commercial and administrative support to the President, Nutrition Asia Pacific
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager

**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Education**: Diploma / Bachelor’s in Finance / Mathematics / Business / Engineering or equivalent

**Experience**: 5 - 8 years in business analyses and commercial support

**Desired Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze and resolve problems quickly and independently
- Able to condense complex matters into easy to read reports and analyses
- Strong knowledge of MS office package; especially MS Excel and PowerPoint and Reporting Systems such as SAP BI and Qliksense
- Enthusiastic, fast learner + self-driven and a good team player
- Able to work effectively in the absence of daily direct supervision
- Good interpersonal skills to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Willing to learn and have a “can-do” attitude
