A Research Fellow position is available at the School of Computer Science and Engineering (SCSE) in brain image analysis in the Biomedical Computing Group headed by Professor Jagath Rajapakse

) at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, for a period of two years.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform research on machine learning and deep learning methods for brain connectome analysis- Develop the necessary routines in Python/R- Join a team consists of research staff and students and lead the project- Develop backend and frontend for a Software Application for brain image analysis

Job Requirements:
- A PhD degree in a related field and experience in image analysis and machine learning.- Experience in Python and deep learning frameworks such as Pytorch/Tensorflow are desirable.
