Senior Clinic Physiologist

**Major Job Scope**:
- Conduct comprehensive consultations with patients, analyzing current and past health and lifestyle factors to understand individual needs.
- Perform detailed physiological assessments, with a focus on musculoskeletal and functional evaluations.
- Collaborate with diagnostic services to coordinate necessary tests and interpret results for diagnosis.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on physiological assessments and evidence-based practices.
- Implement a variety of manual therapies and rehabilitation techniques in an open clinic setting.
- Educate and guide patients on rehabilitation exercises and lifestyle modifications to support long-term recovery.
- Foster positive relationships with patients, emphasizing trust and collaboration in the healing process.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare practitioners, providing and receiving referrals as needed for holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records, including progress notes and comprehensive treatment plans.
- Manage a high volume of appointments each day, prioritizing patient care and satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth clinic operations and enhance patient outcomes.
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Physiology or related field.
- Valid related practising licence and registrations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Proficiency in a variety of manual therapies and rehabilitation techniques.
- Familiarity with diagnostic imaging and the ability to interpret relevant reports.
