Senior Supply Chain Specialist

Singapore I-PRO APAC PTE. LTD. Full time

You will assist with end-to-end supply chain management and logistics operations (e.g. procurement, order management, shipping and sales support activities for Oceania and Asia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales Support Function (Check model, qty, estimated lead time ) which will applicable during the early stage (Before PO received) and after PO is received
- Make booking with factory ,Coordinate with 3rd party Supplier, Factory on the estimated lead time and revert to customers.
- For 3rd party supplier
- Processing of sales order and purchase orders in SAP HANA system
- Handling local deliveries (demo samples, commercial stock) in Singapore’s office
- Liaise with finance for advance payment shipment
- Ensuring export shipments/local deliveries are according to destination custom requirements and global trade compliance.
- Manage full spectrum of shipping documentation, invoice, packing list, B/L, for direct drop shipment from China, Japan and 3rd party Supplier for APAC region
- Close follow-up with suppliers, and factories on order and shipment status.
- Repack of cargo in the event of carton damaged
- Uploading of Serial Number for 3rd party Suppliers
- Weekly risk report to be submitted to the management
- Involvement in Process Improvement and bimonthly SCM meeting
- Provide backup support in the event if SG or Oceania team is absent

Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification preferably in business/ marketing, supply chain/logistic operations.
- Minimum 6 years of import and export shipments coordinating experience, preferably from MNC or regional trading company
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding drop shipment process
