**Responsibilities**:
- Provide learning consultancy to business units, identifying and addressing learning needs.
- Build trusting partnerships with Business Stakeholders, Business Human Resource Relationship Managers, Talent Acquisition Team, Training Admin Team and external vendors/partners.
- Work with internal stakeholders and/or vendor to develop and implement strategic learning solutions across different business and support units.
- Manage the Junior Hi-Potential (HiPo) Programme, supporting the development of future leaders through tailored learning interventions.
- Conduct stand-up facilitation of leadership and management development sessions.
- Continually evaluate/assess impact, effectiveness and benefits of curriculum programs related to training delivery, content, methods and participants’ or senior management feedback.
- Manage complex learning projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and in line with business objectives.
**Requirements**:
- Degree holder with 10 years of Learning & Development experience in the financial industry preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to lead strategic conversations and influence senior stakeholders.
- Able to provide independent and objective advice to key internal stakeholders as needed.
- Ability to manage learning programme design and deliver content effectively, with strong facilitation skills.
- Strong project management capabilities, with an ability to work under pressure and manage ambiguity.
