Ola City is a company specialising in e-commerce retail of general goods, we are now expanding into the commodities space specialising in sugar and heavy metals such as steel rebar and coal. The director will be expected to lead the operations of the company under the leadership of the CEO and shareholder of the company.

1) Have an extensive knowledge of the sugar, steel and coal commodities space and a compatible network of business associates for the company to tap into.

2) Be expected to be multi-lingual as you will be dealing with the Brazil origin traders as well as the Chinese end buyers.

3) Have an extensive knowledge of how the logistics chain works for the 3 different categories of commodities.

4) Knowledge of the futures market is a must, as you will be expected to calculate and budget costing sheets as well as hedging of the company's physical positions.

5) A team player who is able to work with multiple stakeholders located across 3 different timezones.
