・5年以上のシンガポールでの人事業務経験をお持ちの方
・ビジネスレベルの英語力(社内外でのコミュニケーションに必要なため)

**Responsibilities**:
- Arrange expatriate visas (new/renewal, communicating with agents) and optimize local hiring by gathering information on government guidance
- Preparing and managing MyCareersFuture advertisement
- Provide analytical reports based on market survey on salary benchmarking, make recommendations to the compensation structure and strengthen the company market position in attracting, rewarding and retaining talents
- Arrange interviews and supporting the selection process when hiring local staff
- Arrange employment contracts for hiring staff
- Review compensation and benefits and develop strategy according to business needs
- Ensure compliance of all HR policies and procedures within the local statutory requirements and provide advice to management
- Support creation of HR evaluation system for local employees
- Manage, support and implementation of the learning and development programs as well as other courses
- Maintain and operate office personnel regulations
- Report to HQ on various HR related matters
- Admin support in Japanese for the expatriates
**Requirements**:
- 5-8 years of HR experience in Singapore at Japanese organizations
- Minimum Diploma
- Japanese language to liaise with Japanese counterpart in HQ
- Preferably experience in team management
- Willing to grow with the company
