**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Lead the preparation of new outlets, working with the local operations team to ensure everything is set for a successful launch.

2. Design and implement standard operating procedures tailored to each new outlet.

3. Develop and conduct training programs for the local operations team to ensure they are well-prepared for business-as-usual activities.

4. Set and enforce operational requirement standards, ensuring consistency and quality across outlets.

5. Assist the head office in developing business review reporting templates for regional performance tracking. Act as a liaison between the head office and operations managers in each region, ensuring continuous follow-up on business strategies and instructions.

6. Willingness to travel frequently and stay at new outlet locations for extended periods to oversee operations readiness.

**Job Requirements**:
1. At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in retail or service industry.

2. Proficient in developing and implementing SOPs, have experience in training and team development.

3. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, able to work independently and effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

5. Able to travel overseas frequently with extended period of stay.

**Qualifications Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
