**Reporting to**:
Marketing Manager
- Attend to customers’ enquiries, feedbacks and complaints in an efficient and service-oriented manner
- Support execution of marketing plans and track effectiveness of campaigns
- Handle and manage 3rdparty online delivery platforms
- Work closely with the operations team to manage their communication, promotional and marketing needs
- Liaise with mall management on mall activities and advertising channels
- Manage marketing inventory for communication materials
- Any other ad-hoc duties when required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in F&B industry
- Diploma / Degree in Business / Marketing or related disciplines or equivalent
- Effective bilingual in English and Mandarin (Fluent in Cantonese will be an added advantage to liaise with multi-lingual associates)
- Strong analytical skills
- Team player who is passionate and able to work independently
