Ensure smooth day-to-day operational running of the organization.
- Perform a wide range of secretarial and administrative tasks for the Company, including but not limited to; handling expense reports, invoices and payroll, gathering information for administrative decision making and reporting to Supervisor.
- Provide support for the senior management team and record meeting minutes.
- Handle relations with various stakeholders. Being the POC to liaise with vendors, partners and stakeholders.
- Manage and keep track of supplies and equipment.
- Ensure system and records are well documented and up to date.
- Help plan and organize events from time to time, including coordinating set-up, catering etc
- Any other ad-hoc tasks or projects that may be assigned occasionally.

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Excellent communication skills and writing skills. Able to adapt and be meticulous.
- Open-minded to learn. On-the-job training will be provided.
- Being innovative and equipped with problem-solving skills. Able to think out of the box.
- Takes initiative and thinks ahead

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma from Singapore
- Able to write and read fluent English. A firm grasp of Chinese would be a plus.
- Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Hard-working and Diligent. Proficient in MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT etc
