We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Relationship and Portfolio Team Lead - Business Banking.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Formulate and drive business and product strategies, deepen wallet size, retain existing customers to ensure healthy growth of customer base and achieve Group’s strategy of growing CMB business with emphasis on fees and liabilities
- Plan and organize resources optimally to achieve efficiency and effectiveness
- Excel in customer service
- Contribute to staff development and pursuing the group’s Collective Management philosophy. Build and foster cohesive team spirit and create an environment of learning and excellence
- Achieve high credit and Anti Money Laundering quality of new to bank customers to safeguard the Bank from bad debts or losses
- Enhance the Bank’s image in the marketplace
- Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- At least a University Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Considerable experience in a front desk for Small Medium Enterprises Banking field
- The job holder is required to balance risk against return using commercial judgement and experience
- Required to provide innovative solutions to lending problems, and plan for overall business strategy for team
